Mediations
I am Certified to be a Circuit Court Mediator, and I have mediated Probate/Estate disputes, Personal Injury cases, Products Liability Cases, Equine Disputes, Real Estate cases, Breach of Contract Cases, and I can also mediate matters/ disputes that have not gone into litigation.
Estate Planning
Our initial consult will begin with an extensive conversation about the identification of your Assets, a discussion about the goals of Estate Planning, which would include the effort to eliminate, as best you can, the possibility of confusion or conflicts about your wishes pertaining to your Assets , and also a strategy for taking advantage of the opportunities , as allowed by law, for keeping certain assets “out of probate”. We will go over the documents we may recommend to be a part of your Plan, including a Will, Durable Power of Attorney, and Health Care Power of Attorney. We will discuss each document and how it contributes to your Estate Plan.
Our Philosophy
We strongly believe in the rights of people who have been injured by negligent or wrongful actions to recover compensation for their losses, and we help them to recover the benefits that they deserve through our personal injury practice. Our lawyers also conduct mediations in order to help people to reach resolutions of their disputes as an alternative to court litigation. We are also able to help our clients with their real estate transactions, including title searches, sales and purchase agreements and everything that is involved up through the closings. On top of this, we have much experience assisting people with their estate plans and are able to draft the estate-planning documents that they need.
